IAM Analyst - Contract Position (Remote/Hybrid) About Identity Logic Consulting

This is a contract position available on both Corp-to-Corp (C2C) and W2 basis. We offer flexible remote and hybrid work arrangements to accommodate project requirements and your preferred work style.

Identity Logic Consulting is seeking an experienced IAM Analyst for a contract position (C2C/W2) to join our client's Identity and Access Management team. You'll implement, configure, and optimize IAM solutions, working on high-impact projects that strengthen security postures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

As an IAM Analyst, you'll support and enhance comprehensive identity and access management programs, participating in implementations from initial requirements gathering through production deployment. You'll manage user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, maintain role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks, and ensure proper segregation of duties (SoD). Working closely with security, HR, IT, and compliance teams, you'll establish identity governance policies, access certification processes, and user lifecycle management capabilities.

You'll perform user access reviews, access certifications, and entitlement audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. You'll configure and maintain IAM platforms including identity governance and administration (IGA) tools, single sign-on (SSO) solutions, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) systems. Troubleshooting access-related issues and providing timely resolution will be essential to your role. You'll also create comprehensive documentation of access policies, procedures, and role definitions, and support training sessions to educate end-users and administrators on IAM processes and best practices.

Additionally, you'll contribute to the design and optimization of identity governance frameworks and participate in security assessments, compliance audits, and identity-related incident response.

We need candidates with 3+ years of hands-on IAM administration and implementation experience, including solid knowledge of identity governance and administration concepts and proven experience supporting enterprise-scale IAM deployments. You should have proficiency with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or similar solutions, strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and role-based access control principles, and demonstrated ability to support IAM implementations and day-to-day operations.

We highly value IAM certifications including CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific certifications (SailPoint, Okta, etc.), experience with identity analytics and anomaly detection tools, hands-on experience with cloud IAM solutions (AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP Identity), knowledge of privileged access management (PAM) technologies, experience with API integration and web services for IAM platforms, familiarity with agile methodologies and Dev Sec Ops  practices, and experience with IT service management tools such as Service Now or Remedy.

This is a hybrid position offering flexibility with both remote and on-site work based on project requirements. Remote contractors can work from anywhere within the United States, with periodic on-site presence at the client's locations as needed for implementations, workshops, and key project milestones.
