This position supports the Enterprise Network & Information Security Enhancement (ENISE) program, a 12‑month initiative running from February 16, 2026 to February 15, 2027, focused on modernizing and integrating enterprise DLP, cloud security, Zero Trust, and AI‑enabled cyber capabilities across a federal agency’s hybrid environment. Work includes engineering coordination, documentation oversight, governance, and multi‑team collaboration. Place of performance is the contractor’s site, and 100% remote work is fully authorized using government‑furnished equipment.
Job DescriptionThe Project Manager leads overall planning, coordination, scheduling, reporting, and execution across multiple cybersecurity engineering work streams within ENISE. This role works directly with government stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives, deliverables, and compliance requirements. The PM oversees documentation, risk management, communications, resource tracking, workflow governance, and integration activities supporting DLP modernization, cloud security enhancements, and the deployment of next‑generation security technologies.
Responsibilities- Lead project planning, schedule development, execution oversight, and milestone management.
- Coordinate cross‑functional engineering teams across DLP, CASB, cloud security, and network security domains.
- Manage governance processes, meeting facilitation, reporting, and action tracking.
- Oversee creation and maintenance of OneSDLC artifacts, SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.
- Support FISMA compliance, change management, and risk/issue escalation.
- Maintain communication with government PM, COR, and cybersecurity leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Management field.
- PMP and CISSP required.
- 7+ years project management experience, including 5 years in the Federal sector.
- Experience supporting cloud migration, cybersecurity integration, or DLP modernization.
- Strong communication, governance, and documentation skills.
