Description

Review third party agreement templates to understand key terms and starting positions.

Research historic agreements to determine acceptable positions in on key terms.

Work with the appropriate resources to build a comprehensive playbook to be utilized by the Legal and Sourcing/Procurement Departments.

Utilize AI tools (like Pramata) to operationalize the playbook to be used in contract redlining.

Conduct thorough testing of the playbooks to ensure accuracy, usability, and implementing any needed updates.

Prepare training materials and other documents as needed to support the knowledge transfer of the playbooks.

May perform other job duties as assigned.

Completed bachelors degree.

Paralegal or legal assistant certificate from accredited educational program is a plus, but equivalent legal or contractual experience will be given equal consideration.

Prior experience developing or compiling contract playbooks.

Intermediate Level

This is a Contract position based out of Kansas City, MO.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
