Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading technology and startup support organization, is seeking a Marketing Manager 3 to join their team. As a Marketing Manager 3, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting startup recruitment and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Marketing Manager 3

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $33/hr to $36/hr on W2

• Lead and manage top-of-funnel growth strategies for startup acquisition efforts.
• Oversee paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, Linked In, X, and You Tube.
• Implement and optimize SEO, AEO/GEO discoverability strategies to enhance visibility in AI-driven search engines.
• Collaborate with content and web teams to ensure web surfaces are optimized and aligned with marketing goals.
• Analyze performance data, run experiments, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns.
• Extensive knowledge of technical SEO, including structured data, metadata, and schema markup.
• Proven experience in web conversion optimization and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or similar.
• Ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
