The job- Planning, executing, and scaling app user acquisition campaigns across Facebook Ads or other paid social channels, with a focus on performance
- Monitoring and optimizing account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation
- Driving incremental growth through performance-focused campaign strategy and rapid experimentation
- Collaborating with analytics, creative and social teams to boost paid acquisition
- Generating insights from performance data and proactively identifying areas of opportunity
- Staying up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy regulations
- Producing regular performance reports and contributing to strategic discussions
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience in app user acquisition, preferably in high-growth environments
- Expert-level experience managing campaigns in Social channels (Facebook Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Snapchat) and/or Google Ads
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities
- Solid understanding of app attribution and proficiency using MMP tools
- Proficiency using tools like Looker, Tableau or similar BI tools to analyze and visualize data
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English
- Ability to conduct market research and competitors analysis
- Experience in web2app user acquisition
- Experience in Health Tech, Fin Tech, or other regulated industries
- Experience with automation tools and scripts for campaign management
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA etc.
