• Currently or recently at a top-tier Web3 company
• 3+ years managing engineers
  , ideally leading an engineering org (You must be hands-on)
• Proven experience leading teams of 6+ engineers (non-negotiable)
• Strong track record of shipping real software
• High-growth startup experience — former founders or first engineers strongly preferred
• MAANG leadership experience a plus
• Deep comfort using AI coding tools (Cursor, copilots, agents) in daily workflows
• Strong interest in — or deep knowledge of —
  crypto & Web3
• Familiarity with Solana, Rust, Go, Postgres, AWS, Cloudflare Workers a bonus

• Own the engineering org end-to-end — recruit, hire, manage, and scale
• Write and ship code daily — this is hands-on, not a pure management role
• Set and drive engineering goals — delivery, quality, and velocity
• Make critical architecture decisions across the stack
• Partner directly with founders to turn product vision into execution
• Build engineering culture that enables fast shipping without cutting corners

• Communicate clearly and decisively
• Think like an owner and enjoy hard problems
• Have a competitive, entrepreneurial streak
