As a Legal AI Product Specialist you will work closely with our Product Managers & Data Science team to realize our vision to deliver best-in-class AI at scale, transforming how major companies optimize and streamline key business processes related to negotiating and handling contracts.

• Crafting and maintaining a dataset of contract records and legal models
• Point of escalation for the Data Science team; assist with unclear instructions/terms and drive resolution
• Partner with Product Management to resolve issues, clarify process flows, and strengthen partnerships
• Brainstorm automation use cases and process improvements
• Become the subject matter expert in various areas of contracts and contract clauses based on customer needs
• Update procedural documentation
• Special projects as assigned
• Contribute to advancing initiatives and delivering value to business professionals worldwide

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate law, finance, consulting or data science
• Experience reviewing and analyzing contracts across various business contexts
• Experience with generative AI and large language models (LLMs)
• Experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is a plus, but not required

Senior Qualifications

• 6+ years in corporate law, finance, consulting or data science
• Experience reviewing and analyzing contracts across various business contexts
• Experience with generative AI and LLMs

• Strong analytic and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze legal data at scale
• Ability to identify minor discrepancies and errors within large datasets
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of issues
• Experience with Excel and data analysis tools for interpreting complex datasets
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication
