Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Bilingual Technical Support Agent (French & English) – Toronto to join their team. As a Bilingual Technical Support Agent (French & English) – Toronto, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting client service delivery channels.
Job Title: Bilingual Technical Support Agent (French & English) – Toronto
Location: Toronto, ON
Pay Range: 29$/hr
Shift: Evening shifts begin after 2pm, Overnight shifts begin after 8pm. Shifts between 7 and 8PM - rotational on a monthly basis. Monday to Friday, 37.50 hours per week.
What's the Job?
- Provide after-sales service and technical support for client product and service delivery channels.
- Understand client needs, execute requests, and recommend effective solutions.
- Develop and empower team members to deliver a positive client experience.
- Identify and analyze recurring irregularities and develop supporting documentation and procedures.
- Deliver tutorials to clients on features and functions of client-facing tools and services.
What's Needed?
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Strong customer service orientation and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with on-site training and remote work.
- Background in applications is useful but not required.
