IAM Analyst

• Support the day-to-day execution of processes related to user access authorization, maintenance, governance, and termination
• Collaborate with IT, Security, HR, and business teams to fulfill access requests and resolve access issues
• Document IAM procedures and assist with quality assurance activities for access requests
• Perform regular user access audits and maintain adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Serve as an escalation point for urgent access-related tasks from Tier I queues when required

• 2+ years of Tier 1 Help Desk or IT Support experience
• Experience performing user account management and access provisioning in an IT or service desk role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures and workflows
• Basic knowledge of security and access control concepts
• Ability to comply with and support HIPAA and data privacy requirements

• Experience supporting a healthcare or regulated environment
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Service Now, Jira, or Zendesk
• Basic understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA
• Experience with user provisioning in cloud environments like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Strong written documentation and communication skills
