Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to support web-based quality assurance initiatives for our client engagements. This is a temporary, fully remote position aligned to Eastern Standard Time (EST). The QA Analyst will be responsible for validating web deliverables, ensuring adherence to internal and client standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes across single- and multi-stream projects.

Pay Rate$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
What You ll Do- Perform QA testing on single-stream and small multi-stream web-based projects
- Support the Head of QA on large, complex, multi-stream web initiatives
- Execute testing of web-based applications against approved test plans
- Write and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test data
- Validate web deliverables against internal (MRM) and client-specific standards and guidelines
- Provide internal consultation on industry standards, QA best practices, and web guidelines
- Own the QA process for assigned projects, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated
- Analyze quality planning and quality control results to support continuous process improvement
- Conduct end-to-end email and campaign testing across multiple email clients and browsers
- Test responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices (multiple iOS versions)
- Log, track, and manage defects using issue-tracking tools such as JIRA
- Bachelor s degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience testing websites and/or browser-based software
- Hands-on experience with modern web browsers and cross-browser testing
- Proficiency working in both PC and Mac environments
- Familiarity with bulk email campaign tools (e.g., Mail Chimp) preferred
- Experience with end-to-end email testing across browsers and email clients
- Accessibility testing experience (e.g., WAI, Section 508 compliance)
- Prior agency experience preferred
- Working knowledge of current web technologies, social media platforms, and emerging trends
- Experience testing mobile devices, tablets, and multiple iOS versions
- Strong understanding of contemporary web QA tools and methodologies
- Experience with web-based workflows and issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Working knowledge of HTML, Firebug, Charles, Flash, and modern web testing tools
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and emerging web technologies
- Proactive, patient, and diplomatic approach with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated passion for software QA, information technology, and web development
