A digital solutions provider is seeking an Experience Researcher to support client experience discovery for a US Army modernization initiative. This remote role requires hands-on field-based research and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have over 5 years of experience in customer experience or UX research. A Secret clearance is required along with strong qualitative research skills and experience using design tools.
