• Own the end-to-end customer experience for GIS data products, including value definition and continuous improvement
• Translate customer insights into product decisions and maintain product artifacts such as layer specifications and customer documentation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure layers and services are published and governed appropriately
• Develop enablement assets for Sales and support customer trials to accelerate adoption
• Define product quality expectations and manage operational readiness for customer-facing layers

• 3+ years of product management experience or equivalent product ownership experience in a cross-functional environment
• Hands-on proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, including creating layers and configuring attributes
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and deliver measurable outcomes
• Experience working with data teams on schema and attributes at the requirements level
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive execution across multiple teams

• Experience delivering GIS data products or analytics products
• Understanding of parcel/land data concepts and common GIS customer workflows
• Familiarity with the Esri ecosystem, including Feature Services and ArcGIS Marketplace
• Experience applying JTBD or outcome-driven methodologies in product discovery and prioritization
