Engagement: Independent Contractor

• Develop compelling creative concepts and marketing strategies across digital platforms (paid social, video, email, and web).
• Collaborate with content, design, and performance teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
• Use data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and inform future creative direction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Present campaign ideas and performance reports to internal and client stakeholders.
• Guide copy and visual direction to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Stay updated on emerging creative formats, platform innovations, and consumer behavior trends.

• 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or advertising (agency or in-house).
• Proven ability to craft creative briefs, content strategies, and campaign frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in using data tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance big-picture strategy with executional detail.
• Experience in performance marketing or growth-focused campaigns is a plus.
