WANTED! The World's Most Versatile Remote Digital Marketing Swiss Army Knife
WHO WE ARE We are a group of hardcore problem-solvers and digital gangsters at Elite Results Marketing
. We don't just do SEO or PPC; we specialize in Google Relationship Optimization (GRO). We are a fast-growing team committed to working hard to ensure our clients succeed, and we are looking for highly motivated, driven people who want to grow and make an impact.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We need a Junior Digital Marketing Generalist
. But let’s be real—we need a "Swiss Army Knife."
We are looking for someone who loves variety and hates being bored. You aren t expected to be the world s leading expert in SEO, PPC, and Web Design simultaneously. You are expected to be the person who can jump into a Word Press site to fix a plugin, switch gears to run a technical SEO audit, and then set up a Google Ads campaign shell—all in the same afternoon.
Yes, we can and will teach you how.
You will report directly to our Project Manager
, who directs your workflow so you aren t getting pulled in three directions ever, your work directly supports our Department Leads. Your job is to clear the path for them.
This role is the backbone of our production team. You will support our SEO, PPC, and Web Development departments, handling the essential setups, audits, and maintenance tasks that keep our client results moving forward.
- Prevent Bottlenecks (The Mission): You are the engine room. If you procrastinate, three other departments slow down. You must assess tasks from SEO, PPC, and Dev, and execute the "setup" and "maintenance" work so the Leads are never waiting on you.
- PPC Infrastructure: Own the setup of Google Ads campaign shells (Keywords, Ad Copy, Settings) and ensure tracking (GTM/GA4) is firing 100% correctly before a campaign goes live.
- SEO Foundation: Conduct technical audits (Screaming Frog/Ahrefs), implement on-page optimizations (Metadata, Headers), and manage Google Business Profiles so our SEO strategy is built on solid ground.
- Web Agility: Handle content uploads, plugin updates, and basic visual changes in Word Press (Oxygen/Elementor) so our Dev team can focus on complex builds. You act as the QA gatekeeper before launches.
- Triaging: Act as the first line of defense for support tickets—solving the simple stuff yourself and escalating the complex stuff to the right Specialist.
- Context Switching: You will change tasks frequently. If you get overwhelmed by having multiple tabs open or switching between creative and analytical brain modes, this role will drain you.
- Schedule Requirements: This is a remote position, but you must be available for team meetings Monday–Thursday mornings (CST). If you are in Lat Am or Eastern Europe, you must be willing to align your working hours to be responsive during our core business day.
REQUIREMENTS
- Tenacity Over Credentials: We care less about your degree and more about your ability to "Figure It The F
* Out" (F.I.T.F.O). - Tech Stack: Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Google Docs/Sheets, Word Press, Search Atlas, You Tube, and Notion.
- Experience:
- General digital marketing experience (Agency experience preferred).
- Experience launching at least one Word Press website.
- Experience running or setting up at least one Google Ads campaign.
- Attributes: You don t need to be an expert in everything, but you must be resourceful. If you don t know the answer, your first instinct should be to Google it, not ask "what do I do?"
- Base Pay: $36,000–$42,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Quarterly Growth Incentive: Team members can earn 10% of quarterly earnings distributed equally (estimated $1,000–$3,000 per quarter based on reaching target KPI s and peer evals).
- The "Choose Your Own Adventure" Path: This role is an incubator. You will get to "taste test" every department (SEO, PPC, Design) and eventually specialize into a Lead role as the agency expands.
- Truth: Data is truth. If we make a mistake, we own it.
- Responsibility: We don t say "that s not my job." We lean into work.
- Heart: You have to care. Care about the clients, the team, and…
(If this job is in fact in your jurisdiction, then you may be using a Proxy or VPN to access this site, and to progress further, you should change your connectivity to another mobile device or PC).
