• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, including technical and non-technical positions
• Provide high-quality, proactive service to internal stakeholders and leadership teams
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and AI-powered platforms to build a diverse candidate pipeline
• Analyze recruitment data to provide insights and improve hiring processes
• Mentor interview panels to maintain high standards during the interview process

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments (SaaS, Fintech, or Travel Tech preferred)
• Proven ability to manage both technical and non-technical searches effectively
• Experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
• Familiarity with AI tools for sourcing and communication
• Understanding of international hiring nuances, including cultural differences and remote practices

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Knowledge of the travel industry and its associated technologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and understand engineering roles
• Previous experience with global recruitment strategies
