• Perform audits of clients  web analytics implementations and make recommendations for accurate tracking
• Utilize heatmap analysis tools, session recordings, surveys, and user testing to optimize user behavior and conversion rates
• Conduct in-depth competitor and market research to identify effective conversion strategies and user behavior trends
• Develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies and testing plans using qualitative and quantitative data
• Partner with design and development teams to recommend changes based on test results and continuously improve optimization processes

• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytical tools
• Experience using major web content management systems including Word Press, Big Commerce, Shopify, and Magento
• Familiarity with AI-driven CRO tools and hands-on experience with heatmap analysis tools
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and ability to type 50+ wpm

• Experience with cloud-based CRM solutions such as Salesforce or Hub Spot
• A demonstrated capacity and willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels
