• Own product KPIs, including revenue, ARPU, churn, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Manage the product life cycle, including market research, competitive analysis, and product launches
• Create and maintain product descriptions and manage pricing and costs
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements and conduct product testing
• Provide product demos, training, and track success metrics

• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in using qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making
• Experience in collaborating across teams to build organizational alignment
• Strong understanding of the hosting industry or related fields, including web development
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, along with experience in SCRUM or agile methodologies

• Prior experience working in product management within the web hosting sector
• Proven ability to deliver products iteratively while working closely with engineering teams
• Experience in managing product performance metrics and customer insights
