Remote Data Analyst

This role will play a crucial part in contributing to the data infrastructure and insights necessary for company-wide decision‑making. The analyst will collaborate closely with data engineers and other cross‑functional teams to build data pipelines and strengthen business intelligence capabilities. Additionally, the role will support product analysis and identify key insights that drive product and business growth.

• Collaborate with the Data Squad on analysis and experimentation to enhance ML models.
• Validate partner integration data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical expertise.
• Identify trends and patterns in complex data sets to support strategic decision‑making.
• Present insights and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Identify and coordinate A/B testing and experimentation opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards for visibility on key metrics across the organization.
• Coach teams to enable self‑sufficient data analysis and informed decision‑making.
• Contribute to the refinement of data instrumentation and tracking standards.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality through defined QA processes.

• Proficiency in English for communication with international colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in analytics/data science/BI.
• Advanced skills in SQL.
• Experience in data visualization tools, specifically Looker.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proficient in Python for data analysis.
• Understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Ability to generate insights and business recommendations from data.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex data to non‑technical stakeholders.
