What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Define and track customer success metrics to ensure alignment with business outcomes
  • Develop and implement best practices for customer engagement and retention
  • Monitor customer health and escalate critical issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to identify and activate growth opportunities
  • Conduct business plan presentations to maximize efficiency and retention within assigned accounts
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in client management within B2B SaaS
  • Strong operational discipline and experience with forecasting and system hygiene
  • Proficiency in Gainsight and Salesforce
  • Excellent business acumen with strong communication and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working with cloud software solutions and delivery models
  • Proven ability to manage customer journeys and resolve conflicts effectively
