Overview
We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager/Learning Consultant to lead and manage three critical aspects of our learning programs about AI, Data and Personal Productivity.

- Operations & Project Management
- Learning Consulting & Program Design
You will report to the Head of Learning & Operations, and collaborate closely with Sales, design and a team of experienced Learning Consultants.
Responsibilities- Act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with them, understanding their unique training needs and challenges in collaboration with Sales.
- Run customer onboarding, impact reviews and strategic alignment sessions with customers.
- Identify learning needs and translate them into program strategies.
- Manage expectations, feedback loops, and success metrics.
- Manage risks and identify upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate timelines, resources, trainers, and delivery across all stakeholders.
- Ensure programs run smoothly, on time, and within scope.
- Track risks, milestones, and operational metrics.
- Oversee trainer allocation, onboarding, and performance follow-up.
- Lead the architecture of blended learning programs and translate client goals into clear pedagogical concepts.
- Collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent instructional quality and iterate programs based on learner data and evidence.
- Influence the design quality of enterprise programs as measured by NPS.
- Ensure learning programs deliver measurable outcomes for enterprise customers (e.g., hours saved or increased confidence in AI adoption).
- Shape and collaborate with the team on how our methodology evolves with customers.
Necessary:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, preferably serving L&D departments of large enterprises.
- Familiarity with enterprise client communication and a proven ability to listen, persuade, and support.
- Experience in a startup with 10–50 employees and a motivation to take ownership and help shape the company.
- Ability to translate business goals into learning interventions.
- Documentation mindset: as a remote-first company, we document all processes to ensure seamless handovers and alignment among team members.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in designing learning programs, especially blended learning concepts.
- Excellent training or workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies.
- Knowledge about "Winning by Design".
- Data-driven mindset and ability to read and build reports.
