Position: Senior Learning Consultant/ Customer Success Manager ( f/m/d)
Location: Germany

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager/Learning Consultant to lead and manage three critical aspects of our learning programs about AI, Data and Personal Productivity.

You will report to the Head of Learning & Operations, and collaborate closely with Sales, design and a team of experienced Learning Consultants.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with them, understanding their unique training needs and challenges in collaboration with Sales.
  • Run customer onboarding, impact reviews and strategic alignment sessions with customers.
  • Identify learning needs and translate them into program strategies.
  • Manage expectations, feedback loops, and success metrics.
  • Manage risks and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, trainers, and delivery across all stakeholders.
  • Ensure programs run smoothly, on time, and within scope.
  • Track risks, milestones, and operational metrics.
  • Oversee trainer allocation, onboarding, and performance follow-up.
  • Lead the architecture of blended learning programs and translate client goals into clear pedagogical concepts.
  • Collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent instructional quality and iterate programs based on learner data and evidence.
Your impact
  • Influence the design quality of enterprise programs as measured by NPS.
  • Ensure learning programs deliver measurable outcomes for enterprise customers (e.g., hours saved or increased confidence in AI adoption).
  • Shape and collaborate with the team on how our methodology evolves with customers.
Requirements

Necessary:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, preferably serving L&D departments of large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with enterprise client communication and a proven ability to listen, persuade, and support.
  • Experience in a startup with 10–50 employees and a motivation to take ownership and help shape the company.
  • Ability to translate business goals into learning interventions.
  • Documentation mindset: as a remote-first company, we document all processes to ensure seamless handovers and alignment among team members.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in designing learning programs, especially blended learning concepts.
  • Excellent training or workshop facilitation skills.
  • Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies.
  • Knowledge about "Winning by Design".
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to read and build reports.
