The Associate Vice President (AVP), Corporate Technology Solutions is a bold and strategic leader responsible for overseeing technology delivery across Human Resources IT (HRIT), Finance IT, and Legal, Compliance & Risk. Partnering closely with the VP, Segment CIO, this role drives transformation, fosters cross-functional alignment, and proactively engages with business stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes. The AVP will help build a high-performing, future-ready technology organization reshaping how teams collaborate internally and with business partners to shift from reactive delivery to proactive, value-driven solutions.

Given the scale of transformation and critical need for integration for the HR and Finance, this AVP role will initially oversee these areas primarily. Legal, Risk, and Compliance will be a focus in future phases as transformation efforts evolve.

Job Description:

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, leads with clarity, and brings a consultative, enterprise-wide mindset to every initiative. We’re looking for a resilient and assertive leader who:

  • Has deep program and project management experience and can lead large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

  • Is fluent in change management and cultural transformation—able to shift mindsets and behaviors across teams.

  • Is bold yet inclusive, with the ability to influence outcomes and drive progress in challenging environments.

  • Demonstrates creativity and persistence in overcoming barriers to achieve strategic goals.

  • Brings expertise in platforms like Workday, Oracle Fusion, and Anaplan, and has led HR and Finance transformation efforts.

The successful candidate will possess proven delivery experience and technical expertise across multiple platforms and will have senior level leadership experience in a complex corporate environment. He/she will be a “disrupter” with a record of driving meaningful change and collaborating effectively with a wide range of internal and external business partners to design and execute strategic initiatives. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the technology and business leadership teams to develop vision and strategy aligned to lead technology strategy and execution for the HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Risk IT portfolio including 75+ applications and core platforms.

  • Oversee the enterprise-level strategic investment and modernization roadmap for HR technology portfolio with a focus on associate experience.

  • Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders across IT and enterprises.

  • Enable journey-based interactions for candidates, contractors, associates, alumni, visitors, and other stakeholders.

  • Partner closely with product owners and product managers, strategy teams, enterprise security team, along with portfolio leadership, and supporting IT development partners for building the strategy and executing on the roadmap.

  • Manage large delivery teams and create a culture of high performance and engagement through goal setting, talent development, coaching, and feedback.

  • Evaluate new technology, software, and processes continuously, recommend changes as appropriate and advance capabilities of the organization.

  • Assess and communicate risks associated with IT investments;
    Manage risks and assess risks as they come up as related to IT corporate systems.
