The RoleAs our Performance & Content Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of our digital growth. You will create and optimize marketing campaigns for our clients, develop content for Linked In, and refine our landing pages for optimal performance.
Your Responsibilities- Build and optimize landing pages using no-code tools (such as Elementor for Word Press), write clear copy that drives conversions aligned with the latest standards, and continuously monitor performance to improve results.
- Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads, create all ad-related content, including copy, headlines, visuals, and variants, monitor and optimize campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure tracking is in place to measure results.
- Track and analyze campaign results using Google Analytics, UTMs, and other tools, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve overall marketing performance.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team on a Linked In strategy, and execute by writing posts, creating visuals, scheduling publications, suggesting improvements, and ensuring consistent messaging.
- Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal collaboration and external marketing content.
- At least 3 years of experience with performance marketing, including running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Experience with landing page creation and optimization, including copywriting and basic no-code tools (e.g., Elementor for Word Press).
- Strong project management and communication skills, allowing you to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of AI and emerging marketing trends, including geo-targeting and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in tech or AI products, with an understanding of the customer journey and lead generation.
- Proactive and adaptable personality, contributing ideas and embracing change.
- Resident in the European Union and authorized to work.
- Experience in the healthcare or healthtech industry.
- Good visual sense, able to produce visuals for ads, Linked In posts, and landing pages with Canva, Figma, or Adobe products.
- Proficiency in additional European languages.

The minimum salary for this position is according to the IT collective agreement (EUR 3,843.00 gross monthly salary for full-time employment). Willingness to overpay is given and depends on the respective qualification and experience. On top of that, we also let all our employees participate in our Virtual Stock Option Plans (VSOPs), ensuring that they can directly benefit from our collective success.
