• Act as a subject matter expert on the employer's digital suite of products, platforms, and attribution tools
• Provide strategic guidance and best practices to client-facing teams
• Translate technical product features and performance data into clear business-focused value propositions
• Deliver reporting and attribution insights that connect digital activity to ROI and measurable results
• Stay current on digital trends and tools to enhance client-facing teams' effectiveness

• Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital media, digital marketing strategy, or client solutions
• Proficiency in digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution reporting tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly
• Understanding of attribution models, ROI reporting, and performance measurement

• Familiarity with OMS and/or CRM tools
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
• Prior experience supporting client-facing teams is a plus
