Relevance Analyst with Japanese ( remote from Poland

We are looking for a team player to fill Relevance Analyst with Japanese position in a dynamic international project.

• Market-Specific Intent Analysis: Conduct deep research on queries in the target language (Japanese) to identify hyper-local intents and regional dialects.
• Cultural Validation: Evaluate if Ad creatives, Place sheets, and Landing Pages are not only linguistically correct but culturally appropriate and useful for the specific region.
• Precision Labeling: Utilize the platform to provide "Usefulness" and "Certainty" ratings, specifically identifying where local nuances (e.g., Japanese honorifics in ads or European privacy expectations) impact ad quality.
• Cross-Market Comparison: Identify and document rating discrepancies that may arise from cultural differences in how "useful" a local business result is perceived.

• Native or near-native fluency in Japanese
  , with a mastery of contemporary idioms and local search trends.
• Strong familiarity with the geography, popular local brands, and consumer behavior of the target country (Japan).
• Proven ability to move beyond literal translation to understand the "why" behind a user's local search query.
• Communicative English
