• Conduct structured discovery sessions with various stakeholders to elicit comprehensive preference management requirements
• Facilitate workshops to analyze member interaction patterns and preference capture workflows
• Develop detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Technical Requirements aligned with documentation standards
• Map current-state member communication journeys and design future-state experience flows
• Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable system specifications

• 7+ years of business analysis experience focused on customer-facing platforms and data integration initiatives
• Proven experience in writing comprehensive BRDs, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories
• Familiarity with requirements management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the role of a Business Analyst in agile delivery
• Strong data literacy with the ability to understand data models, schemas, and integration patterns

• Experience with customer data platforms and consent management systems
• Background in omnichannel marketing or customer experience design
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the digital communication space
• Familiarity with process mapping and user journey documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
