• Actively participate in discussions to analyze and define processes, including pain points and improvement areas
• Partner with the business to understand challenges and impacts to achieve objectives
• Execute continuous process improvements through metrics and reporting
• Create reports and dashboards for team and leadership visibility of metrics
• Manage customer communication and documentation programs for consistent information delivery

• Associate’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in process architecture and documenting business requirements
• Experience in business process improvement and project management
• Strong understanding of Project Methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Gainsight, Domo, and Splunk
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving scenarios
• Intermediate experience with Excel
