• Lead and facilitate all ART-level ceremonies, including PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums, ensuring disciplined execution
• Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple SAP teams by managing dependencies and delivery risks
• Partner with Product Management and program leadership to align delivery with DoD mission objectives
• Act as the primary escalation point for ART-level risks and drive resolution across organizational boundaries
• Deliver clear communication to stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and delivery predictability

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance; preference for active DoD clearance
• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, program management, or Agile leadership roles
• 3–5+ years of experience operating within SAFe at scale, with hands-on experience as a Release Train Engineer
• Proven experience leading large, complex programs involving SAP implementations

• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification
• Experience with SAP S/4

• SAP experience in budget, finance, logistics, or other relevant areas
