Description: The Sales Enablement Senior Analyst - CRM & CRM AI is responsible for optimizing the sales team's experience and effectiveness through advanced Salesforce CRM and Salesforce AI capabilities. This role drives innovation, adoption, and continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and analytics.
Responsibilities- Accountable for ensuring IT has proper requirements
- Document business requirements along with Product Owners
- Participate in Sprint reviews and Backlog Refinement
- Lead strategic projects to enhance Salesforce CRM and Salesforce AI-powered sales tools, reporting, and analytics.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for sales team usage of Salesforce and integrated AI solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define, document, and deliver requirements for CRM and AI enhancements.
- Prototype, test, and roll out new Salesforce CRM and Salesforce AI features, ensuring alignment with business needs and user feedback.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity across CRM and AI platforms.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and the impact of new technology on sales effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and champion opportunities to leverage Salesforce AI capabilities for process automation and improved customer engagement.
- Manage documentation and assist with GTM efforts for new functionality and process changes.
- Support incident triage and resolution.
- Lead user engagement initiatives to drive adoption and maximize the value of CRM and AI investments.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure processes are defined and partners with the process governance team.
- Learn/maintain knowledge around multiple business processes and CRM instances across various sales teams
- Review communications and training collateral for all developed items
- Perform other duties as required to support business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years' experience in sales/business operations, sales enablement, or related field.
- 2+ years leading Salesforce CRM projects in complex sales environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies (minimum 6 months).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce custom configurations, integrations, and reporting.
- Experience with sales enablement platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage technical projects and drive execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated change management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Effective time management skills
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Requires physical ability and mental acuity to meet business requirements.
- CRM Admin preferred
