We are looking for a Success Factors Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP Success Factors HCM modules.
Responsibilities- Implement and support SAP Success Factors modules (EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, LMS, etc.)
- Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions
- Configure workflows, rules, and system settings
- Support testing, UAT, and production issues
- Prepare functional documentation and train users
- Strong knowledge of SAP Success Factors functional processes
- Experience in configuration and business process mapping
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
