IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
Salesforce Presales Consultant
, you will make an impact by owning the discovery-to-solutioning lifecycle and influencing revenue through strategic solution design. You will be a valued member of the Salesforce Practice team and work collaboratively with Sales, Delivery, and Alliances to shape client outcomes and win new and expansion deals.
- Lead executive discovery sessions and map business capabilities to Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Experience, Platform, Industries).
- Architect feasible, value-anchored solutions aligned with client goals.
- Build and deliver tailored demos, POVs, and compelling narratives showcasing measurable outcomes (TCO/ROI).
- Drive RFI/RFP responses, solution workshops, fit-gap analysis, sizing/estimation, and contribute to SoW and risk registers.
- Ensure solution governance, including architecture guardrails, security, data integration, and Dev Ops CI/CD, for a clean handoff to Delivery.

What you need to have to be considered- Proven experience in Salesforce solutioning and presales activities.
- Strong ability to translate business goals into Salesforce solutions.
- Expertise in building demos, POVs, and value cases.
- Experience with RFI/RFP responses, solution workshops, and estimation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security, integration, and Dev Ops practices.
- Familiarity with competitive positioning and deal strategy.
- Ability to publish thought leadership content and speak at events.
- Mentorship experience for junior solution consultants.
- Strong objection handling and commercial strategy skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Alliances.

The annual salary for this position is between $121,000 to $212,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
