• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for software development teams
• Support leadership syncs and quarterly planning meetings, ensuring effective communication of project status
• Identify and manage project risks while developing mitigation plans as necessary
• Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the team backlog
• Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and promote SAFe Agile best practices

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance; preference for candidates with active DOD clearance
• 2+ years of Agile software development experience
• 5+ years of experience with Scrum in data and software engineering life cycles
• 3+ years of experience with U.S. Army business processes preferred

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Experience with budgeting and finance-related processes in project management
