The base salary range for the Business Systems Analyst I is $51,800 to $95,800. The base salary range for the Business Systems Analyst II is $65,900 to $118,600. Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and company tenure & equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance.

Performs systems analysis, data analysis, and production support for company applications and administration systems. May act as a liaison between internal business staff, IT technical teams and vendors to evaluate business needs and assist in driving system solutions to support the business.

Performs systems analysis and provides support and guidance to end-users for company applications and administration systems. Acts as a liaison between internal business staff, IT technical teams and vendors to evaluate business needs and drive system solutions to support business strategies and objectives.

• Tracks support issues, performs root cause analysis, implements solutions, and supports group initiatives
• Gathers, analyzes, documents, and validates the needs of business stakeholders
• Provides functional requirement documents including inputs, processing steps and outputs to meet users' needs to assist developers in successfully translating and achieving project goals
• Creates training documents and maintains project files and updates
• Facilitates training on new systems and/or process implementations
• Assists with the analysis of workable solutions to application, web, and systems problems
• Under guidance or direction from more senior level roles, works on small to large scale projects that have system-wide impact
• Cross-trains and serves as a mentor to lower-level associates
• Works with vendors to resolve issues, deliver system enhancements and support the application
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Conducts thorough research and analysis to validate business needs, objectives and opportunities
• Communicates requirements to the development teams through the use of specifications, statements of work, project plans, or other forms of documentation
