• Manage end-to-end launches, including defining success metrics and evaluating pilot outcomes
• Conduct user research and define user problems, translating insights into actionable product strategies

• Document repeatable models and define trust requirements for AI tools to build user confidence

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in AI and/or automation-centered solutions
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and negotiate technical/product tradeoffs
• Strong skills in problem framing, user research, and evidence-based decision-making
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformations and internal tool adoptions
• Commitment to responsible AI practices, including privacy, security, and accessibility

• Experience advocating for users and driving adoption across divisions
• Familiarity with emerging GenAI technologies and their evaluation metrics
• Proven operational excellence in coordinating teams and delivering outcomes
