We are looking for Country Partnerships Leads and Regional Partnerships Leads to expand Skilled Up Life’s presence across Asia.

As a Country Partnerships Lead, you will own partnership development for Skilled Up Life in your assigned country.
You’ll focus on building strong relationships with education providers and startup accelerators, helping to grow both volunteer numbers and startup success stories.

As a Regional Partnerships Lead, you’ll take this mission further, overseeing multiple countries and supporting Country Leads to accelerate partnerships across the whole Asian continent (that is, ., South Asia, West Asia, Central Asia, East Asia, or South East Asia).

• Identify and map education providers and startup accelerators in your assigned country or region.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers to position Skilled Up Life as a trusted partner
• Develop a structured outreach strategy (emails, Linked In, calls, events).
• Secure at least 5 education partnerships and 5 accelerator partnerships.
• Onboard 500+ volunteers and 5+ tech startups through these partnerships.
• Collaborate with our global Partnerships Team to share best practices and refine strategies.
• Represent Skilled Up Life at local events, both virtually and in person.

• Hands-on experience in international partnerships, sales, and business development.
• Deep knowledge of the startup and education ecosystems in your country or region.

  West Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, East Asia, or South East Asia.

• Remote role – work from anywhere in your country/region
• Flexible volunteer schedule – ideal alongside studies, freelance work, or another role.
