We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Digital Ads Specialist to join our team. We move quickly and think strategically, using our digital presence to help grow our brand and impact. This role combines strategy and creativity to build digital campaigns that drive measurable growth.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to drive performance
- Monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and conversions
- Create performance reports and share actionable insights with our Marketing team
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital advertising best practices
- Collaborate with our Marketing department to align ad messaging and visuals
