** Your Role
** As a
** Test Expert**, you will play a key role in delivering value to our clients while also shaping Sogeti's presence in test automation. Your responsibilities include:
* Leading test automation projects, from strategy definition to implementation.
* Supporting pre-sales activities, including creating proposals and client presentations.
* Designing, configuring, and maintaining test automation frameworks and tools.
* Providing technical expertise and training in test tools and automation strategies.
* Conducting test automation assessments, ROI analysis, and roadmap development.
** Your profile
** Must-haves:
* A bachelor’s or master’s degree, with 2-5 years of experience in test automation.
* Proficiency with test tools such as UFT, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, and more.
* Experience with structured programming languages like Java, Python, or C++.
* Familiarity with development practices (Agile, CI/CD, Dev Ops) and related tools (Maven, Jenkins, Git Hub).
* Strong communication skills and a consultancy mindset.

Nice-to-haves:
* Expertise in implementing structured test automation processes.
* Ability to align automation efforts with manual testing workflows.
* Fluency in Dutch and English, with an openness to learning new languages.
* A high problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
