• Align technology solutions with business strategies by advising customers on system functionalities and implementation requirements
• Serve as a technical liaison between customer management and IT personnel, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Identify opportunities to enhance business processes through technology applications
• Document projects and technical processes clearly, facilitating understanding across departments
• Implement and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment, utilizing project management concepts

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience with IT collaboration
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex concepts in understandable terms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to complete Epic’s proficiency program within 90 days of hiring

• Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
• Knowledge of inpatient nursing and ancillary service clinical workflows
• Familiarity with labor and delivery workflow and systems, including the GE Centricity Perinatal application
• Experience implementing or maintaining EHR device integration middleware
• Understanding of HL7 standards
