Business Analyst (Remote)

The Business Analyst is responsible for embedded Application support and/or Business Analysis for solutions in use by ORC Customers. The Analyst shall provide general troubleshooting and system support, implementation planning, testing, communication, and training for assigned IT solutions in ORC. The Business Analyst provides continuous support and analysis for various simple to moderately complex ORC issues.

• Embedded Application support for ORC solutions
• Business Analysis of IT solutions in use by ORC Customers
• General troubleshooting and system support
• Implementation planning and testing of new solutions
• Communication and training of end users
• Continuous support and analysis of simple to moderately complex ORC issues

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of industry‑related experience with 3 years in Health Care Revenue Cycle or other applicable business experience
• 2 years of Application Support or Business Analysis experience, with demonstrated problem‑solving skills

• Prior experience working with Epic
