What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead the implementation of privacy by design and by default across the technology stack
• Operationalize global privacy regulations into technical requirements and design patterns
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
• Develop best-case implementation scenarios for compliance with privacy regulations
• Mentor technical teams and advocate for ethical data stewardship throughout the product lifecycle

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering, or technical program management
• Experience designing or implementing privacy-preserving systems or features
• Strong understanding of global privacy laws and their technical implications
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to various stakeholders

• Certifications such as CIPT, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or Lead Implementer are a plus
• Additional technical certifications in data architecture, cloud architecture, or data engineering
