As a Junior Digital Adoption Consultant
, you play an important role in the success of our clients during their IT and SAP transformation projects. You support organisations in the adoption, learning and effective use of new SAP and IT solutions implemented by Amista.
Your focus will mainly be on developing learning and digital adoption solutions and content, combining learning with enablement to help end users and management sustainably embed new working methods.

• Supporting the development and implementation of learning and adoption strategies to support IT and SAP transformation projects.
• Developing and maintaining learning and digital adoption content, such as e-learning, simulations and in-app guidance, using tools such as SAP Enable Now, Walk Me or similar solutions.
• Translate new processes and systems into clear, target group-oriented learning and enablement materials.
• Contribute to readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses and impact analyses to map the impact on roles, processes and teams.
• Support the set-up and implementation of communication, learning and enablement initiatives, and facilitate workshops and sessions with key stakeholders.
• Guiding end users and management during the transition to new processes and systems, with a focus on understanding, engagement, and usage.
• Contributing to adoption initiatives (such as roadmaps, campaigns, and feedback mechanisms) and monitoring adoption rates and user experience.
• Supporting organisations after go-live by helping to resolve adoption and learning-related bottlenecks and formulating improvement proposals.
• Collaborating with project teams and acting as a connecting link between business, IT and end users.

We are looking for someone with the right mindset and drive, who wants to develop further within learning and digital adoption.

• Initial experience or strong interest in change management, user adoption or learning within IT implementations or digital transformation projects.
• Affinity with or interest in learning and digital adoption tools such as SAP Enable Now, Walk Me or similar solutions.
• Interest in change methodologies (such as ADKAR, Kotter) is a plus.
• Analytical, eager to learn, structured and proactive.
• You enjoy working with others and feel comfortable in a dynamic project environment.
• Willing to grow in stakeholder management and facilitating workshops.

Amista has several branches throughout Belgium and the Netherlands. You can find us in Mechelen, Destelbergen and Kortrijk, as well as in Dordrecht and Venray. Although you can also work from home on a regular basis, your main place of work will be our office in Mechelen.
