• Manage projects within the team’s portfolio, leading a scrum team through Agile practices
• Create and maintain a backlog for operational releases and coordinate scrum ceremonies
• Collaborate with QA, Performance Test, and Security teams to ensure software quality
• Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring adherence to project management standards
• Provide sign-off for critical testing and ensure readiness for deployment

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5-7 years of related work experience
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum, Dev Sec Ops , and SDLC in cloud environments
• Experience with performance/load testing and production support in enterprise-scale operations
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and relational databases

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional software delivery projects in an Agile environment
• Knowledge of performance/load testing processes and proactive monitoring practices
• Exposure to Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
• Strong collaboration history with security, infrastructure, and data teams
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
