• Lead discussions on manufacturing processes and mapping in pharmaceutical environments
• Conduct workshops to analyze user requirements and design solutions aligned with client needs
• Build partnerships with client counterparts at a functional requirement level
• Document and review system solution architecture design and write Functional Design Specifications
• Collaborate with technical teams to manage development activities and ensure successful implementation

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites, with travel averaging around 30%
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visas
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Approximately 15+ years of professional functional/technical experience in software development and systems design
• Bachelor s degree in a technical field related to information technology, such as mathematics, engineering, or computer science
• A master s degree or higher
• Significant experience with Factory Talk Pharma Suite® or other MES applications in life sciences
