Strategy Insights and Planning Associate at ZS contributes to designing and delivering solutions to help clients tackle a broad range of business challenges. Teams work on multiple projects, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.

• Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to client business problems
• Conduct market research and/or desk research to derive insights and inform client decision making
• Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit and ZS's proprietary software
• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams
• Collaborate with client and ZS teams to implement solutions
• Take responsibility and ownership for assigned project deliverables

• Candidates should be able to enter the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline with strong academic performance in analytic and quantitative coursework (business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics or relevant fields)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

ZS is committed to a Flexible and Connected way of working. ZSers are on-site at clients or ZS offices three days a week. Combined flexibility to work remotely two days a week is also available. Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
