Join our team and you will have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role will be part of our Business Analytics and Data Automation (BADA) team supporting our Commodities and Global Markets Group.

What role will you play?

In this role, you'll work within a small, globally distributed team to deliver solutions that support controls, reporting, and supervisor dashboards. You will partner closely with supervisors, business analysts, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights using existing and newly developed tools, including timely alerts and visualizations. You will independently design, build, document, and maintain scalable, reliable workflows while continuously identifying opportunities to uplift existing technologies.

What

you offer
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or problem solving discipline, with a minimum of three years’ relevant experience and strong analytical capability.
  • Experience working with data in a commodities trading or similar financial services environment, with an understanding of related terminology.
  • Hands on experience with data analysis and automation tools such as SQL, Hive, Dataiku, Alteryx, and at least one modern data visualisation platform (e.g. Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proficiency in programming and data querying languages, including Python and T SQL, with exposure to source control and automated scheduling.
  • Strong problem solving skills with experience designing and supporting scalable, reliable workflows using large, transactional datasets.
