Digital Marketing Coordinator - Job Description
Job Summary:
A dynamic and detail oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator is sought to support a Marketing Technology team in driving high quality, data driven digital initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Project Manager, this role is primarily responsible for creating, managing, and executing email marketing campaigns including thought leadership distributions, organisation wide announcements, and event related communications.
The Coordinator will leverage their expertise in email distribution systems, marketing automation platforms, and CRM tools to deliver impact campaigns. The position requires close collaboration with event marketing and business development teams to ensure seamless, effective execution.
In addition to campaign management, the Coordinator will support an ongoing digital transformation project involving a migration to Salesforce and Marketo. The role will also contribute to a range of digital channels, including website content updates, reporting and analytics, and social media support.
This is an execution focused position requiring strong technical competence, excellent project management abilities, and exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to high quality service delivery, teamwork, and continuous improvement. As a remote first role, a reliable high speed internet connection is essential. One in office day per week (London) is required.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00 UK time (flexibility and additional hours as required)
- Plan, execute, and manage end to end email marketing campaigns.
- Upload and maintain website content that supports campaign activity.
- Perform testing and quality assurance following approved team processes.
- Collaborate with CRM, event marketing, and business development teams to ensure accurate configurations and successful campaign deployment.
- Recommend automated work flows and drip campaigns where appropriate.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on email performance metrics.
- Stay informed about updates, enhancements, and best practices for email marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Proficiency with Marketo for email marketing and marketing automation.
- Experience working with the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Ability to add and manage website content.
- Strong skills in interpreting and producing marketing analytics.
- Working knowledge of HTML.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
- Bachelors degree required (Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in fast paced work environments.
- Solid understanding of professional services or law firm style business operations is a plus.
- Reliable high speed internet connection for remote work.
