Position: Lead NCino Administrator | 100% Remote With Restrictions | No C2C

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead nCino and Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Application Support team. This position will lead the administration, support, and maintenance of the nCino and Salesforce platforms. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations, support system capabilities, assist with releases and vendor upgrades, and enhance platform performance. The role will involve leading end-user support, performing scheduled system maintenance, maintaining third-party integrations, managing platform releases, and collaborating with the development team to implement system improvements.

The primary responsibility is managing the nCino Commercial Lending Application. You will lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed successfully and meet audit standards, while leading other admins and support specialists.

As a senior administrator, you will guide less experienced team members to adhere to GBCI standards. You will maintain up-to-date technical documentation and ensure testing is completed for new systems, releases, enhancements, and break/fix solutions. You will work in cross-functional teams, providing technical and analytical support for both new and current production systems. As a representative of the IT Department, you will interact with all levels of bank groups and management;

professionalism and diplomacy are essential for building trust and ensuring success. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex technical projects to support the bank s strategic goals and operations for both nCino and Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Lead administration, user access and support for nCino and Salesforce platforms. Develop strategies for improved system support and performance. Support the development team in delivering new functionality and implementations. Address outages and communicate with Service Desk and the Banks on short notice with minimal supervision. (Approximately 25%)
  • Coordinate and participate in new platform software products and releases impacting the organization s services and operations. Engage with Development, QA, and functional teams to ensure seamless updates, releases, and feature implementations. Communicate changes to production clearly and effectively. (Approximately 20%)
  • Maintain effective and efficient IT systems and applications. Establish protocols and procedures for assigned applications to optimize service delivery. Translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements. Provide guidance to lower-level analysts and/or vendors. Take a lead role in log reviews, documentation, and training for Level II Support and other team members. (Approximately 15%)
  • Uphold Standard Operating Procedures, Change Management, Release Management, and SLAs as per IT policy. Ensure thorough testing by appropriate users at all levels. Work with Change Management to submit changes for fixes and updates. Manage priorities for system-related work and present recommendations. Support production problems and trouble tickets, including vendor coordination. (Approx. 10–15%)
  • Create, maintain, and provide documentation on IT operational and security controls, including SOX controls for lending systems. (Approx. 10%)
  • Analyze and translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions. Develop reports and dashboards as needed. Coordinate with business user groups to test, validate, and evaluate new applications and functions. (Approx. 10%)
  • Provide judgment, advice, recommendations, and best practices on systems to help senior management make informed decisions. (Approx. 10%)
  • Compliance: adhere to all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws/regulations (e.g., BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC). Complete assigned online training courses by due date.
