• Drive continuous improvement of success playbooks, processes, and customer-facing resources
• Collaborate face-to-face with customers and peers to achieve shared outcomes

• 6+ years in a customer-facing strategic or enterprise customer success role
• Experience developing strategic success plans and orchestrating cross-functional dynamics
• Operational rigor and experience forecasting consumption to identify opportunities and mitigate risk
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interface with senior customer stakeholders and technical teams
• Fundamental understanding of AI, machine learning, or similar concepts

• Demonstrated success with navigating large organizations and cultivating executive relationships
• Desire to contribute ideas and expertise in a rapidly growing, innovative business
