Job Summary
We are ramping up a large-scale Data & AI transformation program for a leading pharmaceutical organization and are seeking four experienced Data Analysts / Business Analysts to support critical data readiness initiatives for AI. These roles will play a key part in preparing, structuring, and enabling data assets that power advanced analytics and AI use cases across the enterprise.
Domain Focus Areas- Research
- Development
- Portfolio Management
- Regulatory Affairs
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand data needs and AI-driven use cases
- Analyze, profile, and assess data quality, completeness, and usability
- Translate business requirements into clear data and analytical requirements
- Support data readiness efforts, including data standardization, lineage, and documentation
- Collaborate closely with data engineering, analytics, and AI teams
- Ensure data supports regulatory, compliance, and governance standards where applicable
- Strong experience as a Data Analyst and/or Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments
- Background working within pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
- Experience supporting data initiatives that enable analytics, ML, or AI programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with or around cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Familiarity with modern data architectures, analytics platforms, or AI pipelines
- Experience in one or more of the listed pharma functional domains
