Senior Dev Ops Engineer - Security

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Dev Ops Engineer with deep expertise in Dev Ops practices and enterprise secrets platforms to join our infrastructure team. As a Senior Dev Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure across multiple environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance automation, improve observability, and ensure the high availability of mission-critical systems.

With eight specialized departments, the engineering team functions as a highly collaborative, diverse powerhouse. Each department mission is to deliver seamless and innovative communication solutions. These range from software development and machine learning to quality assurance teams that work to create and maintain Zoom s user-friendly interfaces and robust infrastructure. The team continues to push the boundaries of communication technology, bringing people together regardless of their physical distance.

• Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops or SRE roles with proven track record of infrastructure automation and reliability engineering.

• Provision and manage Kubernetes infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt, and deploy applications using Helm and Argo CD with deep expertise in Git Ops principles and declarative deployment workflows.

• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to enable automated, secure, and efficient software delivery.

• Lead secrets-management modernization initiatives using enterprise platforms like Hashi Corp Vault, implementing dynamic secrets rotation and Kubernetes-native integrations.

• Design and implement highly available cloud (AWS, OCI) and on-premises environments with strong focus on security, scalability, and reliability.

• Collaborate effectively across engineering teams while delivering hands-on technical contributions and driving operational excellence.

• Administer Linux systems and networks with proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages.

• Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems while participating in on-call rotations and incident management.
