We’re building a new consumer health brand from day zero. The category is proven but stale and we’re setting out to build the brand that redefines it.
After six months of R&D, we’ve developed a ground-breaking product that’s set to outperform the leading brand in our space. But we know that having a great product is only the start. We’re now looking for a marketer who can get that product into the hands - and hearts - of millions of consumers in the UK and beyond.
This is your chance to design the blueprint for how modern, science-led consumer brands earn trust, love, and scale.
You’ll run marketing from day zero: shaping strategy, defining the creative world, and building the engine that drives our growth. It’s fast, hands-on, and high impact - with the opportunity to redefine an entire sub-category.
You’ll be teaming up with a proven founding team with deep experience across consumer, brand, and health-tech. Our strong roster of investors includes the leading VCs behind Monzo, Butternut Box, Revolut, and Diptyque.

You’ll own building a professional and consumer GTM for a new brand launch. You’ll:
- Own GTM and content strategy
: design and execute a content system that educates, builds trust, and compounds across social, CRM (Klaviyo), website, SEO and AEO. - Build communities from scratch
: a trusted network of dentists and dental professionals, and a 15,000-strong pre-launch customer waitlist. - Build credibility with professionals
: support authority-building through dentist partnerships, expert-led content, and thought leadership. - Grow and manage key influencer relationships: from strategy through to ongoing management.
- Direct email execution
: define journeys, segmentation, and messaging so the email agency delivers high-quality nurture. - Reimagine sampling
: get product into the right hands (dentists, KOLs, early customers) with clear goals and measurable impact. - Own day-to-day brand content
: manage and create website, social, and educational content, translating science into clear, compelling stories. - Deliver community moments
: organise and run IRL and digital events for dental professionals and early customers.
- 3–6 years’ experience in growth and/or marketing roles
- Hands-on operator: you’re happiest building, posting, organising, and shipping – not just planning.
- Community-minded: you understand how to earn trust and engagement, especially with professional audiences.
- Content-native: you know what works across social, email, and web, and how to adapt ideas for each channel.
- Organised and reliable: you can run multiple work streams (content, community, email, events) without things slipping.
- Taste-led: you have strong creative judgement and care deeply about quality and consistency.
- Comfortable with experts: you can work confidently with dentists and clinicians and help turn expertise into accessible content.
- Early-stage ready: you’re energised by ambiguity and building from zero.
- AI-native: you use AI to ideate, analyse, and scale your impact.
- Content fluent: you know what kind of content builds trust and engagement, not just impressions - and how to turn insight into stories that convert.
